Our screening process includes thorough background checks, rental history verification, and a careful review of financial qualifications. We identify highly qualified tenants who not only meet the financial requirements but also have a proven track record of responsible tenancy.
Rent Collection
Tenants receive a monthly reminder through their online portal when rent is due. With the simple click of a few buttons, rent is paid electronically and on time! Owners receive a monthly electronic payment from OneTree made directly to your bank account.
Inspections & Maintenance
Each property is initially inspected and brought up to code (if needed) then it is placed on a 6-month inspection schedule. Tenants can make maintenance requests through their online portal, and we will handle those in a timely manner.
Financial Reporting
Along with access to an online portal, owners receive a monthly statement detailing income along with any expenses incurred. We also take care of sending out 1099’s at the end of the year.
Comparable Market Analysis
We recommend a starting rent rate by running a Comparable Market Analysis. This shows how your property compares to other rentals in the same area.
Lease Renewals
We offer automatic renewal services to make the process entirely seamless. We will run a new Comparable Market Analysis to determine if the rent rate should be adjusted.
